What exactly is bone marrow metastasis? My son's bone marrow aspiration revealed that he has metastasis. How serious is it?

Bone marrow is the content inside bone.. It contains blood producing cells.. What is your son age.. Is it lymphoma..

Bone marrows are the production centre of blood cells. When it is involved, the chances of blood cell production becomes less resulting in anaemia, chances of infection, etc. Its a serious condition. In general blood cancer are treated by chemotherapy. Response to treatment depends on what variety it is.
