  4. CML cbc report. Treatment effectiveness?

My father recently been diagnosed with cml-cp has started dasatinib 100mg and today (after 22 days of starting dasatinib) cbc report show platelets 37k and rbc , wbc and hb also decreased. Doctor advised to stop medicine for one week. I am really worried about reduced values. How serious is this? What will be next course of action? Will these problem in treatment affect the survival rate or treatment effectiveness? I am really worried. Please help

It is normal to.occur with dasatinib. This interruption will not affect survival.
