Hi there...'imitinef mercilet ' is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is being used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukaemia. It also US FDA approved. However it is not easily available. It is not a over the counter drug.It is available only in few cancer institutes. And it cannot be given to all patients with CML as it has its own side effects and contraindications. Please consult a oncologist who will completely evaluate you with all your reports and decide the best mode of treatment for you.
