Hi , Before two months my 4 year child lymphocytes was at 83 ,before a month was at 57.But as per today report lymphocytes is still at 57 ,not reducing from this level. Before two months he was found EBV virus positive.On Right side he have small lymph node which is reduced in size but not going to it's normal shape. Please suggest.

In february i went for a routine check up and my wbc was 13000 and i had high bp. Since then my wbc count is fluctuating every month I had to take a cbc test and results were 17000 then 18000 then 16000 and now it's 14530. It's been 4 months and still hasn't gone down with medication. I have high crp which reduced from 20 to 14.30 but wbc count is the same. I'm worried as to what the reason could be for this, I have also taken tests in february, FISH fr bcr aab- negative  procalcitonin- normal and CRP test- 20.0 I also have a few deficiencies Vitamin d- 14.3 Vitamin B12- 177 FSH- 1.2 A haemetologist has asked to wait till September and then get a bone marrow test.
