CML - cbc report

The report of cbc of my father before and after taking Dastinib for 1 week is attached alongwith. Although tlc has reduced a lot but platelets has also reduced a lot more and rdw has increased. Now doctor has advised to conduct next cbc after 15 days. But I am worried in next cbc reduced platelets will fall below normal range. Is it possible that Dastinib can reduce the platelets below normal range in next cbc which is to be conducted after 15 days? If so what to do?

What does this results mean?

I had gbs , acute pancreatitis and some sort of ibd all within last 1.5 years. Biopsy of colon: The lymphoid aggregates in biopsies I to V show an admixture of CD20 positive B cells and CD3, CD5 and CD7 positive T cells with a mild predominance of T cells with low proliferation index. The lymphoid follicles show prominent intact germinal centres positive for bcl6, CD20 and CD10 with high proliferation index with occasional follicles showing disruption by the marginal zone cells and T cells. The lymphoid cells are negative for Cyclin D1. Impression Review of slides  [H &E and IHC slides] shows - - Evidence of active colitis with aphthous ulcers, cryptitis and multiple crypt abscess and occasional small histiocytic aggregates. - Hypertrophied lymphoid tissue with follicle formation and prominent mantle / marginal zones. - Nodular lymphoid aggregates composed of admixture of T and B cells with mild predominance of T cells, evidence of epitheliotropism and low proliferation index.
