What is meant by total resolution of metabolism or Complete Metabolic Response (CMR) of the previous nodule on the PET-CT scan?

In case of metastatic breast cancer Triple Positive. Initial treatment showed no evidence of disease of lung nodules. After 18 months of trastuzumab. Local primary tumor showed size and SUV progression without lymph node and metastatic disease progression. Lymph and metastatic disease still show no evidence of disease. What are options here?
