Is it true that Cancer patients should not consume meat because it feeds the Cancer/Tumor and cancer becomes more aggressive? Does meat cause Cancer?

Is third stage of uterus cancer is curable? Only chemotherapy is enough or anything else? How much time needed for this treatment and can the patient will live normal life after treatment. Is there any chances of getting cancer again after treatment?

My father age 65 has been detected throat cancer PYRIFORM SINUS on 03-05-24, he was given two cycles of NACT and radiations will be started in coming weeks, still he is unable to swallow any food except semi liquid like shake, milk etc which resulting loose of weight on daily basis, docotors are requested to advise me any supplement/diet for gaining weight and recovery. He lost 17-18kg. Thanks.

My recent PET-CT scan findings are as follows :- Lung Lesions: Reduction in size with total resolution of metabolic activity of the previously noted nodule in the lower lobe of the right lung (now 1.0 x 0.9 cm from 1.3 x 1.2 cm). Stable non-FDG avid subpleural nodule in the medial basal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung (about 3 mm). Low-grade FDG avid fibrotic changes in the anterior segment of the upper lobe and middle lobe of the right lung, likely post-radiation changes. New non-FDG avid nodule in the apex of the right lung (about 3x4 mm), likely of infectious etiology. Liver Lesions: Reduction in size with total resolution of metabolic activity of the previously noted lesion in segment VII of the liver (now 0.9 x 0.9 cm from 2.0 x 2.1 cm).Resolution of iso-metabolic enhancing lesion (likely haemangioma) in segment V of the liver (previously measured 1.0×1.4 cm). Interval appearance of FDG avid inguinal node (1.0×1.7 cm) with SUV 4.5 likely inflammatory.

Is it possible to treat tounge cancer stage 2 without surgery and chemotherapy and radiation therapy ? Is there any other medication available for tounge cancer ?

Can ct scan brain detect brain tumours? In april i suffered some scary symptoms- my right side of the body would feel weird- little bit of numbness, pressure, tightness, and just something unusual.. then I started getting right-sided headaches as well. When I went to my doctor, he told me that it is not concerning, but on my insistence, he ordered a CT brain which came out to be normal and I attached the report.. the symptoms symptoms went away on their own without any treatment, but have returned back since last week. My only concern is brain tumour. Can you offer any opinion? I don't want to go for Mri brain because it's expensive and my symptoms are mild only right now

Doctor diagnosed cml based on reports on cbc and asked for some test out of which some reports have come but still 2 reports are pending. Till the result of report doctor prescribed hydroxyurea twice a day. The tlc on the day of bone marrow biopsy and one week after (today) is attached. I am worried that wbc are decreasing very slowly. Is hydroxyurea working? Also hb has decreased. Is it cause of worry ? The test results are from two different labs
