Anal problem
Sir from last 5 years I have history of anal fissure  from 2019-20 i think chronic anal fissure I have recurrent anal fissure now again after hard stool and stretching I developed one I am attaching pictures please tell is it Anal fissure???  Because I am afraid of anal cancer due to google  so I am attaching pictures please see and tell  is it Anal Cancer or fissure And what should I do now please guide

Don’t worry. Diagnosis of cancer all about by clinical examination and radiological imaging. It’s very difficult to say by seeing from a distance. Same appearance may be benign or malignant.

Still per rectal examination will be very useful in concluding the diagnosis. Hence I would advise you to visit a nearby surgeon.
