As history of tongue bite, probably there will not be cancer, but it should be ruled out by physical examination.

Your bite may or may not be a cancer lump/ boil. Needs atleast a visual assessment - photo or video.
Smoking, alcohol, chronic irritation (one tongue bite doesnt qualify as chronic irritation) are definitely risk factors for tongue cancer.
