Painless infection in mouth
Dear Doctors,
I am a non smoker and non Drunk person , I have noticed this unsual spots in my mouth which are not painfull, And it's not increasing size it is same from almost 6 years, Can Any doctor suggest what is the reason for this.

Of the little I can make out from the picture- few tiny white patches between last of your upper and lower teeth.
It is good that you have noticing them for so long and they were no changes in these patches.
They are probably white patches along the line in mouth where your upper and lower teeth meet called hyperkeratosis.
"Hyperkeratosis" in mouth can happen due to few reasons. (?any sharp tooth/ abnormally angulated tooth? Are you overweight? Do you have snoring- there could be other reasons)
Next Steps
1. Keep observing for any new changes- increase in size? redness over them? ulcer in mouth? thickening or hardening of any one those patches?
