My wife was diagnosed with Papillary thyroid cancer. Thyroid was removed and iodine therapy was done.
Now after 6 months we have done TG test. I have attached the file. Please let me know if the cancer still exist or no

Hi. .
you have completed the intended treatement for pap thyroid cancer - total thyroidectomy followed by radioiodine therapy. Wish to know your biopsy report to understand tumour better. However..
The blood report you shared shows a good result,
But Complete information to understand you are disease free at the moment will include few more reports though
1. Serum Anti Thyroglobulin(Tg) antibody levels (need to look at trend of this too just like thyroglobulin report)
2. Followup radioiodine scan (done at 6 months post iodine therapy)
3. Ultrasound neck/thyroid
4. Serum TSH levels
If all normal on reports and by examination, you can stay relaxed but do continue followup atleast 3-6 monthly for next 2 years with Ultrasound and blood tests (Tg, anti-tg, tsh levels), and only if necessary radioiodine scan
