Based on report it is ca ovary with deposit in peritoneum and lymph nodes
The next steps would be
1. Metastatic work up -if no distant disease
2. Will see Patient performance status -if good
3. Will see Can we resect disease completely - should be assessed PREOP by cect imaging and intraop by laparoscopy
4 If complete resection possible - Surgery should be first approach
if complete resection not possible - chemotherapy first followed by reassessment and than surgery

Get Tumor markers CA-125, CEA, HE4. If Ca Ovaty is confirmed the take surgical oncologist reference for possibility of primary cytoreduction. If R0 difficult with primary cytoreduction, plan could be chemotherapy followed by surgery.
