I am 50 year old diagnosed TNBC grade 3 in 2021 done lumpectomy neo adjuvent 4 cycles,surgery and adjuvent 4 cycles chemo of AC and paclitaxel with 25 radiation. Genetic testing is VUS with APC gene.. Now after 3 years cancer occured in same right breast, local recurrence with no distant metasis. Dr. Done mastectomy.. In histolopathology report skin, margin are free of tumors and its TNBC grade 3, T 2.Dr. has suggested 6 cycles 3 weekly of Paclitaxel +carbo..to reduce further reccurence..We took second opinion other Dr. suggested Xeloda 500mg for 6 months.. We are confused now which treatment plan should be followed. Kindly guide on this.

Few days back my mother observed two cyst on her right breast we went for checkup to manipal hospital and did her sonography and mammography.In sonography it was observed two cyst of size 2.2*1.5*1.3 cm and one 5 mm cyst.Her mammography report show her birads value 3 .Doctor told to scan again after 3 month to see any increase in size.We did sonography again today and the cyst size now is 5.6*7.3 cm and 4.3*4.6 cm.Manipal doctor told if the size increases they will think of biopsy but is it really required .Is there anything to concern.I am attaching both old and new report

Dear Sir / Ma'am, My mother has gone through one surgery 1 month back and got the left lobe removed. It was related to thyroid. Now, doctor said that we need to remove the entire thyroid gland and it can cause voice problems related to vocal cord. Kindly see the attached report and suggest whether 2nd surgery is truly required or not because going through such a major surgery can cause lot of dependency on medicines post opeeation.

My sister has had a small cyst-like swelling above her left chest for a long time. Recently, it has become visible from the outside and is causing her pain. We went to the doctor and had a scan done, which I’ve attached. The doctor suggested surgery to remove it, but when we asked about doing a biopsy or FNAC, he said it wasn’t necessary. We are still worried about it. Should we insist on a biopsy or FNAC, or is it safe to proceed as the doctor advised? Please help for a second opinion.
