Understanding the blood report
Wanted to understand if 5.1 CEA is matter of concern or if it's serious. Got this as a part of blood test package and proceeded. The lab reference range shows it must be lesser than 4. Not sure what should I understand out of the test outcome.

VHL case..
Diagnosed with Bilateral multifocal RCC and operated with negative margins. Pancreatic cysts, cerebellar hemangioblastoma, spinal schwanomma and hemangioma, bilateral simple renal cysts Any targeted or immunotherapy to maintain stability of the cysts or shrink them? Please let me know, will take consultation. Medical Oncologist opinion is needed on therapies..
Got one opinion stating RCC in Vhl doesn't have any approved therapies except surgery. But came across belzutifan therapy but some say it's not completely approved in India.. Need opinion from medical oncologist. So that I can consult further.
Attached biopsy report. As if now tumours can have been cleared with negative margins. Follow-up Usg shows simple renal cysts of 3 with 1.1cm consistent with old findings

A simple cyst measuring 9 x 4 mm was noted in the left breast.
Few reactive axillary lymph nodes were present on the left side, the largest being 18 x 10 mm with increased vascularity.
2. USG Findings:
Multiple BIRADS II lesions were noted in the right breast at the 1 o’clock position.
An ill-defined hypoechoic lesion with irregular margins was seen at the 12 o’clock position of the left breast, categorized as BIRADS IV, requiring further evaluation.
Prominent lactiferous ducts were seen, likely due to lactation.
