Is stage 0 colorectal rectal a true cancer or is it consider as pre cancer.  Is it completely curable? Please reply.

Sir can chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer I am asking it because from last 5-6 years i have history of fissure whenever tight stool pass pain and blood come out i went to a doctor last year he check and told it is chronic anal fissure he told to eat healthy and not outside food my question is as there  I have a history of fissure always blood when tight stool pass so can this chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer as it a recurrent wound

My cbc.  report is showing.   Alert!!! Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes. Platelets:Appear adequate in smear. my platelets mpv,pdw,plcr is high it's mean am I suffering from blood or bone marrow cancer

Have done an ultrasound in October 2024 which shows multiple cyst in liver, one of the largest one is of 2.4×2.2 cm size. Then again, went through an ultrasound in January 2025, which shows the largest cyst as 3.1×2.6 cm size. The symptoms are pain in the lower abdomen, bloating, indigestion (greyish stool), frequent or can say consistent UTI, dizziness. Note: have not taken any kind of protein intake, milk, meat, fish, and egg since October.

Swelling in neck which sometimes causes discomfort. Currently on pain medication only as mentioned. FNAC of left cervical lymph node shows epithelioid cells in hemorrhagic background. Is this something to worry about? Could someone please guide?

There is a tumor just below the ear in the left jaw . On testing it came out to be pleomorphic adenoma. I want to know whether it is cancerous or not. It's from around 8 years. There is only a lump there . No other symptoms are observed. Not even a slight pain or swelling or any other condition. It's only and only a lump that is of medium size. I want to know whether it is cancerous or not and in what ways it can be cured Can it be cured without sugery?

For ewing sarcoma of nasal cavity after surgery after removing the tumour 14 chemotherapy is compulsory ? In Pet scan no active cells has been detected. Radiation therapy is also suggested so 14 chemos is mandatory?

Sir I have done X ray on 21 dec 2024 as reffered by my doctor and he also said to go for HRCT Scan on 25 dec 2024 i have my first HRCT of my life ...any problem of cancer in future plz tell me sir ?

In the side of the neck why it's coming I am having what it's my mother is having cancer fourth stage stomach cancer
