Polycythemia Vera/blood disorder
Can Polycythemia Go into Remission Without Treatment? In 2019 Diagnosed with Polycythemia. Had multiple phlebotomies for 2 years No treatment/ phlebotomy in the last 4 years as my blood counts stayed normal or just fluctuates under normal range. Now, my latest test shows slightly elevated levels. Can PV go into remission without treatment, or is this just a fluctuation?
