Is it cancer or something serious 😭😭😭
I am Jude Serrao aged 19, I used to be a heavy smoker and drinker I used to smoke alot of cigarettes a day daily and drink alot of alcohol say for almost 1 and half year . My lips however have become weird like lower upper part is become reddish and upper lip lower part is become same it might not seem so concerning but I'm extremely concerned as it's lasted for more than 6 months please tell me what it could honestly be 😭😭😭😭😭

Apparently, it doesn’t look like cancer, as it has no features like ulceration or isolated swelling, but definitely you should get a clinical evaluation done by an ENT Surgeon Heavy smoking can cause many other precancerous conditions inside the mouth and they can lead to cancer, so it is better that you stop them immediately and consult a doctor so that it can be treated at an early stage
