Clarification of blood tests
Hi Sir/Madam good morning, i have been diagnosed diabetes from last 10 years and hypertension from last 16 months. From last one year i observed gradually decrease in my hb percentage from 16 to 10 now and increase in white blood cells from 5400 to 10,000. Is this the cause of any type of cancers, from last 8 months i sensed a small lymph at my waist area, it grew to 2 to 3 cms width on skin. Initially i feel little pain but now a days I didn't feel any pain unless I pinch on that, but I can sense.

Hello sir…It looks concerning as there is significant fall in Hemoglobin with elevated Total counts….Also we need to see what was the palpable thing…Kindly meet a Physician for proper examination and further evaluation

We need an in-depth examination of the blood, peripheral smear and detailed clinical examination of the patient to assert if there is any cancer or not. Visit an oncologist or Haematologist at the earliest.
