Is it possible to treat tounge cancer stage 2 without surgery and chemotherapy and radiation therapy ? Is there any other medication available for tounge cancer ?

Hi, sorry there is no other option. You have to go with surgery and radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy depending on post operative HPE
