Hi, In pet ct its showing an liver lesion 1.5cm with suv max 2.8, likely mets. So suv max 2.8 is really cancerous?

Hii my report impression is MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC WITH THROBOCYTOSIS this is in my report of peripheral smear blood test . I am anemic my iron serum is 24 value I have severe b12 and vit d deficiency my hemoglobin is 11.3 my hba1c is 7.1 taking iron supplements since 3 months but no improvement in iron level, is there any serious disease like cancer??? or what that report means please guide me.

Hi dr, My mom have one small hard lump under jaw since last 10 days( could be longer also but we noticed before 10 dasy). We met dr and he suggested ultrasound. We got ultrasound and i am sharing report. Her blood report is normal. esr Is 32 TSH are normal. We have give test for biopsy also but still waiting for report. Meanwhile, can someone help to confirm if ultrasound doubts about cancer or not?? Whole family is living in panic since last 4 days. Attached swell site pic also.
