Esophageal Cancer (swelling of neck)
My maternal grandfather is suffering from esophageal cancer stage 4, unable to shallow food, his neck wound is swelled and burst out all the mucus, pus, secretions. Please tell how to manage that and the prescribed medicine, how to cure ?

Conservative management.
If they have put feeding jejunostomy tube, keep feeding through that and improve nutrition. Clean the neck wound regularly and put on some antibiotics. It will heal with time
