Esophageal cancer
My father has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer(Mostly Stage IIB). We are looking for second opinion on the solutions we should be seeking for like surgery, only chemotherapy or along with radiotherapy. I have attached the reports here and please let us know the possible solutions at the earliest.

1) need to see patient and all reports. The ones you attached are not seen well. 2) if it is told u to be llb stage then treatment can be chemotherapy then surgery...Or surgery then chemoradiation....In most of cases...However it varies with local stage, location and histological subtype of tumor

please send reports again individually viz. endoscopy, biopsy,CT or PET CT.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern. The problem here is that the reports you have attached are not at all visible. You could have attached one by one .
