My friend does not have any symptoms but we would like to get her checked for cancer. What can be done to detect if any kind of cancer is present in the body?

So my dad has been diagnosed stage 4 adenocarcinoma moderately differentiated. Pet scan showed spread in neck, multiple lymph nodes, ge junction. Hes under capox chemo. Now 5 days over. He has reduced weight. Hes eating food properly. Complaining of weakness, headache, gas trouble. He had big tummy from before and was 89 kg. Now loook like 80 kg. But im observing his last rib cage looks prominently outward. Il show photo.

Hi my mother 60yrs old  got operated for Carcinoma rectum post 5 weeks of radiotherapy and 2 cycles of Chemotherapy. Cancer had started just 5cm from anus and post multiple consultation it was decided that she would have to be with stoma for rest of her life. Surgery finished almost a week back and she was kept on only fluids for first 4 days and started on liquid diet from past 3 days. Issue is whatever she consumes either liquid or semi solid  is getting vomited from past 3 days. Even after 7 days post surgery vomiting is continuing. Pls advise is it common for vomiting to exist that long and how much more time will it take to settle down. She is diabetic as well. And doctor is conveying we can get her discharged. We are worried if we go back to home and again if any complications arise we have to come back to hospital. Pls advise on vomiting timeline

The patient is DIABETIC and had chemotherapy in the afternoon. (Had a breast removed some weeks ago due to cancer.) Can she consume ice cream as she is feeling sick? Also what are the foods to avoid as she is also diabetic and had chemotherapy.

My mom had her 8th chemotherapy session last November 2023, but even after 2 months, there is pain and swelling in her buttocks, the doctor said that everything will be fine in a few days, but till now there is pain and swelling in her buttocks.  It is relieving.  Plz doctor suggest what should I do

My mother has recently found with ca rectum stage 3 in September 2023 Later we have gone through tests and admitted in Mahatma Gandhi cancer hospital and done 25 radiations and 3 chemos(chemo tablets) After that surgery also done in 4th of jan 2024 Later surgery report also took from hospital But hospital doctors didn't tell about report and what's stage ? So kindly tell me the stage and condition of my mother Here attaching reports of surgery
