In my Cbc reports everytime i can see that Mpv and pdw are very high also there are some digestive issues with me with weak joints . Is there anything serious . Are borderline platlets with these values are normal ? Or should i get tested for more

My 69 year old mother is a 3rd stage lung cancer patient who is on her 17th cycle of immunotherapy.. Immunotherapy is supposed to boost up Immunity and is not like chemotherapy.. The immunotherapy damaged her lungs leaving patches.. now her oxygen dip to 70 and she is admitted in ICU.. Doctors suspect pneumonia?? Is it possible to have pneumonia when you are in Immunotherapy already??

Hello doctor, I dignosed grade 3 fatty liver 3 month ago( fibroscan report cap value 307, stiffness 7.4kpa) n my Hepatologyist say only for exercise for 6 months n advice to check CBC n Lft for every month . Last month my CBC was ok n slightly elevated in sgpt n ot . This month everything is normal except my platelet count which is 88k n the last month value is 2.01 lakh . In between those month I started ayurvedic medicine for 10 to 15 days for fatty liver.n last yr I already suffered from dengue . should I worried about my TPC n what to do plz suggest? Or am I suffering from ITP ?

I have pain near my tailbone area muscles or bone, I am not sure about whether its coming from nerves or the tissue or something, and its there since many months. Xrays and ultrasound were normal. I know MRI will provide me with appropriate answers, I have a prescription for mri as well, however, I read about sacral chordoma and that is making me so afraid that i am not going for mri. I am afraid about what if the MRI results show chordoma! I am just 27 and i am scared if it turns out to be that, my life is finished. What should I do? I am an over anxious person regarding these things. Please guide me in this regard, how to deal with this situation
