Cancer Care and Treatment

Hello, My father have some issue in his mouth and we went to the doctor in kanpur and he did some test and told us its not cancer and provided medication for 15 days I want to know if anything major is there by looking at report or any possibilities of cancer in future is there so we can take action now. I am attaching report here. Please let me know if any issue found in report.

My father aged 63 years Since last 1 year he is losing weight . In october 2022 his weight was 82 kg and now is 75 kg in december 2023 Since june 2023 , he is also having fatigue . All his test including ultrasound x ray are normal He took treatment of ibs in june 2023 since then he is having fatigue before that he was very active Ibs medicine continued till august 2023 ( razo l , cizaspa x ) Now he is taking ecosprin av 75 alternate day , flotral alternate day , triolzemest once a day , concor 2.5 once a day Is it normal or should get his some ct scan done as he cannot have mri as there is a rod in his right hand I am worried

Is it common to have light spotting after pap smear test with speculum insertion please let me know help

Or is that normal ?? If its recovery then how much time does it going to take for him to recover??? Pls advise

Hi. My mother observed blood stains and slight stomach ache a couple weeks ago post menopause and visited a gynaecologist. The doc suggested Pap smear test, ultrasound and pipelle biopsy as the endometrial thickening was high. The observation was fibroid uterus, thickened endometrium with bulky ovary. The results from Pap Smear test says "Intraepithelial lesion or malignancy: Negative", "Infection: Absent", "Reactive cellular changes:Absent" and "Many parabasal cells are seen indicating atrophic change". Serum CA 125 (ECLIA) is 8.2 u/ml. We are waiting for biopsy results. Based on these details, is it possible to confirm if there is anything to be concerned? Are there any chances of endometrial cancer? What is the best approach to treat this?

I have tailbone pain since many months and recently i got an ultrasound and xray coccyx lateral done which were termed normal by the doctor. However the pain is still there and painkillers do help to reduce it but don't make it go away fully. Anyway, coming to the question, if your xray is clear without any lytic lesion, are the chances of it being chordoma(sorry, anxiety due to google) be extremely low? I stay in the uk and don't have access to doctors as easily as India so I need guidance regarding this query. I am panicking a lot thinking its chordoma :(. Attached the xray.

Recently one of my relatives tested positive in Cancer. My parents are scared very much. I want to just do a blood test to detect cancer or anything which relates to it. So that i can calm their mind down and make them panic less. Please advice the test. Thanks in advance.
