Ultrasound of neck impression: Left lobe of thyroid gland is bulky with a solid cystic hyperechoic nodule. Mild peripheral vascularity - possibly colloid nodule (ACR T1-RADS TR3) Is this cancerous? They suggested FNAC test, is it safe? Which doctor specialist to consult for this case?

My father 77yrs old he is suffering from cns lymphoma doctor saying he not fit for chemotherapy so we went for wbrt radiation 5th day he got so much problem fully cold breathing problems he is oxygen for 3 days now he is ward shall we go for radiation or stop or shall we go for any maintenance therapy ibrutinib or rituximab therapy pls suggest does ibrutinib or rituximab therapy give extension of life and quality of life
