Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

I found out I had Hodgkin lymphoma in March when I got a PET CT scan. The SUV max was 8.5 on both sides of my lungs. I did two rounds of ABVD chemotherapy, and the SUV max dropped to 1.1. The doctor changed my chemo to AVD, and after six cycles, the SUV max went up to 5.2. Even though I feel better with no symptoms, the doctor suggests a bone marrow transplant. I'm unsure because I've been fine during the treatment and right now still better day by day. What should I do?

Bump under left jaw

I have a bump under left side of jaw and mild Swelling and pain in neck ( left ) since 5 weeks. Got fnac done which states inflamed cystic lesion and Low to moderate smears examined show numerous cyst macrophages, reactive histiocytes, polymorphs in thin proteinohemorrhagic background. Am on medication but no improvement. Is it ok to leave it as it is or I'll have to get it removed or any chance of developing into malignancy.

Dent in breast

Hi! I'd like to know if dents in breast can be normal? I recently saw a lump on the upper outer quadrant of my right breast and a very small dent on my right breast underside. I got an ultrasound done and was told they are just normal tissues along with a small cyst. But the indentation has kept me worried. And this dent enhances when I press my chest with my arms and become faint when I flex my chest muscles.
