Cancer Care and Treatment

Hi my mother is diagnosed for rectal cancer. Surgical oncologist has advised Radiation and Chemotherapy initially and later surgery to remove rectum. PET CT Scan is done and CEA blood test is done. PET Scan confirmed diagnosis is only at rectum and no abnormalities in any other area. CEA is 1.1ng/ml. 1.My question is under which stage is the Cancer presently and doctor said since the cancer is starting from tip of anus in future she won't be able to pass motion thru anus 2. by doing Radiation,Chemotherapy and surgery will she able to be cured completely 3.does the hair fall off if Radiation and Chemotherapy is done. Have attached PET Scan Report for review.

Bladder lesions in Urinary Bladder after TURBT Please confirm the best type of treatment which would prevent re-occur of the lesions Is the radical Cystectomy required or can it be cured with radiation and chemotherapy

My mother-in-law had fever for 2 weeks, after following up with all diagonosis possible we came to know that she had fluid in her lungs. Initially doctors suspected only lung infection, then after removing fluid from lungs and testing it, they suspected TB or Cancer, then after Broncoscopy test they ruled out TB and suggested PET-CT Scan. Now we've shifted our patient from Delhi to Bangalore and we're yet to finalise a doctor, but today we got PET-CT Scan done, but due to non-availability of doctor we're unable to interpret the result. I am posting it here, so that someone might help us understand this report. Thanks in Advance

Is it normal to be able to feel lymph node in groin area? No other symptoms apart from occasional weird sensation/ pain here and there that comes and goes. Doctor told neuropathic pain. 1.5 months back had swollen lymph node in neck on right side. ENT gave Cepodem and recommended USG. USG showed reactive adenopathy, lymph node 2 cm in length , elongated with loss of hilium. The lymph node on neck in now normal not swollen. Had weird chest pain occassionally while stressing while talking no cough or cold and no difficulty in breathing. Doctor told because of anxiety. Recently weird muscle pain on thigh and leg that comes and goes, also back pain in some postures. and can feel the left groin lymph node by pressing also can feel in thigh. Please help . Is there chance of lymphoma or other form of cancer. Recently blood test done every thing was ok apart from elevated ESR (48) and low haemoglobin (10.5) .

Hello, 1.5 months back I had swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck below my jaw line. I was prescribed Cepodem for 7 days and an USGA. USG showed reactive nodes over 2 cm in length and loss of hilium. Now my neck lymph node have came down. Both side feels same. Previously I could feel the right side. There is no cough or cold. Recently I am able to feel lymph nodes in my groin area. More prominent in my left groin by touching. Apparently the skin is not swollen currently. Is it swollen or is it normal to feel groin and inner thigh lymph nodes. I have slight back pain at some postures and very occasional pain in middle chest. No problem in breathing or swallowing. Just chest sometimes hurts while shouting. 1.5 month back chest xray was done due to other reasons and was fine. Is there something to worry about like lymphoma? My general physician told it's just my stress. I have occassion here and there weird pain that goes away.i am pretty scared please help me.

My father diagnosed with cancer , TURBT DONE again reoccurence happened . Under BCG medication.. cystoscopy also done... If again in UCG reoccurence occur what should we do? Should we go for bladder removal or again BCG treatment.. 12 dose of BCG done (40mg) . No muscle invasion

Plz compare both per CT scan result and tell me is cancer decreases either on same place ya increase. Should I stop chemotherapy to my father ?

Plz find the report tell me it is good either bad as compared to previous . Regression means . And still need chemo

Hi doctors I had breast usg including both armpits on September 2023 as they had found a cyst in December 2022I don't have any history of family breast cancer nor I have symptoms so for safer side I repeated the scan againThey found 0.2mm birads 2 cyst in right breast which is of same size From last 1 week I found a painful pimple under my right armpit which was causing little discomfort now no discomfort but it still exists I checked if it's lump but didn't feel anything hard when pressed i felt only skin it looks like pimple it's so small but I have anxiety So I have attached a pic of it and circled the pimple or boil I don't know what it is is this breast cancer or do I have to repeat scan again am not understanding Thanks in advance

My friend mother Underwent a surgery for cancer below jawline in Feb 2022 and again she is having some pain and discomfort. Doctor is unavailable for Few days , That's why I am asking here , reports are attached for 27 sep 2023 , Please Guide,So they take the right step .
