Cancer Care and Treatment

I was take ct contrast for abdomen and pelvis in year 2022 oct for having repeated constipation . Then doctor suggested to take colonoscopy and endoscopy, because in ct they suggested for ibd . But by gods grace nothing found in colonoscopy and endoscopy. But now dec 2023 , again trigger a problem I took MRI scan abdomen and ct since I had severe stomach pain for past 5 days. Happy  the results are normal. Now the fear is I took contrast ct in 2022 oct . Again in our office full body check up took chest xray on 25th oct 2023, then I took ct of my own11th dec 2023 . Now got fear anxiety about repeated radiation cause cancer. Because my father is pancreatic cancer now he is no more. Please help me I am fear of getting multiple radiation scans on mentioned dates. Please guide to overcome from this.

Ultrasound of neck impression: Left lobe of thyroid gland is bulky with a solid cystic hyperechoic nodule. Mild peripheral vascularity - possibly colloid nodule (ACR T1-RADS TR3) Is this cancerous? They suggested FNAC test, is it safe? Which doctor specialist to consult for this case?

My father 77yrs old he is suffering from cns lymphoma doctor saying he not fit for chemotherapy so we went for wbrt radiation 5th day he got so much problem fully cold breathing problems he is oxygen for 3 days now he is ward shall we go for radiation or stop or shall we go for any maintenance therapy ibrutinib or rituximab therapy pls suggest does ibrutinib or rituximab therapy give extension of life and quality of life

My pap smear test is negative but little worried about that having reactive atypia what does it mean

My mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer 4th stage metastatic lung Water removed from lungs At that time the pain is continuously coming on chest needle position 3 months completed 3 days back blood report done In that report 600000 platelets are there Why platelets are increasing

Is it serious? The affected glans area is removed under excision surgery and biopsy report came like this.. Doctor said no need to worry... It's cleared. Kindly suggest

Below is the latest report for my father's liver tumors. He was in medicine, lenvatinib Now it has stopped working, a new tumor is developed and being told to go for immunotherapy. We are also planning to visit Aiims. His condition is critical and has stopped eating. Any suggestions would be really beneficial and helpful. Thank you..
