Hi. I have diagnosed well differentiate squamous carcinoma in situ in penile for skin and removed as well.. I had done PET CT which was normal three month back. But now I feel a lump with hard in my groin with mild pain. Is there any possible cancer spread to nodes..? Three months back only normal PET CT and CT. Pl

Yes there’s a high possibility, that cancer has spread to groin lymph nodes get a latest imaging done and FNAC from the node as well

There is always a chance for penile cancer to spread to inguinal nodes. Kindly consult your oncologist and get examined and if require get a scan repeated
