Hi. Few months back diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer with ER PR positive and her2 negative. Went through chemotherapies and after 4 cycles doctors advised for pet scan so did it and as per the reports doctors were saying response were good but still there are. And liver were also involved but it is suspicious. I am attaching old and new pet scan can you please advise on the results. Also ribociclib has been advised so how much efficacy is this and also its too costly for a month so am planning to ask for palbo indian version so will that be good.

I have severe pain under my right brest for past 3 years. I got multiple breast USG but nothing was found then got a HRCT suggested by my pulmonologist and they detected sternalis muscle which is causing pain in chest and back but they ask me to take painkillers when in severe pain. Painkillers, physiotherapy did not work. Can this sternalis muscle along with this pain cause any problem in the breast in long term ? Also can this be removed as this is making me disabled each day.

Hi Doctor, Attached the pap smear of mother in law report. She is 50 yrs old and had more white discharge. Doctor had asked to take pap smear few months back and then after three months. Now doctor is recommending to remove the uterus to avoid any further complications. Is this cancer? Uterus needs to be removed?

Hi, How about the ribociclib drug for stage 4 cancer. Her2 negative ER PR positive. Its too costly so is there any alternative for this. And why this drug is too costly.

Can sternalis muscle cause any issues in the breast as this is causing severe pain under my right breast. I have unilateral sternalis(right side). Suffering from intense pain for last 2 years.painkillers, physiotherapy could not help at all. Any treatment ?

Hi 30f.I was suffering from itching since March 2023. On and off. It was very much in Oct. Visited doc got few tests done all were normal except LFT and TSH. LFT few enzymes were high and TSH was very low. So it ruled out hyperthyroid. Using tabs of thyroid and liver since November. I lost weight from 64,65 to 60.8 from Dec to Feb 1 2024. 2 days back I done LFT it came out normal. Is the sudden weight loss and chronic weight loss related to any type of cancer. I am very much worried iam crying alot due to this fear plz anyone answer it clearly. Bcz in net it shows due to certain cancers we get itching and weight loss. Thank you in advance

My mother is 69 year old lung cancer patient on immunotherapy of 7 months.. My mother oxygen level went to 70 on resting and goes to 82 to 85 with full breathing exercises at home.. On walking or any activity it falls to 60! She has no fever.. just cough sometimes! So she is admitted in hospital and they are saying she has Immunotherapy Induced Pneumonitis! Which has progressed in the last scan.. So doctor stopped Immunotherapy at once.. My question is that can this be cured? And is it progressive even after the therapy is stopped? Please reply 🙏

My mother have been recently diagnosed with neuroendrocine tumor. It is a well differentiated grade 1. Results: 1. Synaptophysin: Cytoplasmic positive in tumor cells 3. CD45: Membranous positive in mature lymphocytes 4. Ki67: 0-1% Please recommend me the best hospital for neuroendrocine tumors in india according to you and not according to your benifits. Should i be afraid of this or it has a very good successful rate. What can be done now? Please help 🙏🙏

My grandmother has 2 small and hard cysts under the armpits and her breast has become tight. Does this mean breast cancer. If yes, can she survive without treatment?

If father had tumour died because of that what is the percentage his son can get it. Is brain tumour come from generics or its not true. Please clarity this. Thanks
