Kids cancer protection vaccine. Vaccine?

HPV vaccine is recommended for boys both between 9 and 14 years as it gives maximum protection in early years and provides better antibody response. So, boys are protected and indirectly girls are also protected, as the virus cannot transfer from partner to partner and together, they build a healthy community. Two doses vaccine(6 months apart ) is enough for protection life long if the vaccination is given in this age group . If it’s after 15 - 3 dose of vaccine are required to get desired level of protection . Gardasil 9, is best available vaccine in India currently and is approved for use in boys and girls from age 9-45 . Hepatitis B vaccination - usually child may have already got the vaccination as this is part of our universal vaccination program , if child is previously not vaccinated it can also be given .
