Sorry that your grand mother has been diagnosed with breast carcinoma. Further reports such as ER, PR , Her 2 and Ki 67% are required to be done to knownhormone receptor status, Her2 neu status and aggressiveness of the disease respectively..Hormone receptors(ER PR) positivity indicates good prognosis
