I have done biopsy result it is precancerious Stage pls help me And any treatment i have to done pls help

I need to see the patient clinically before suggesting treatment. It may happen that the disease is not properly sampled in a biopsy, given the sir of biopsy is small. If indeed it ID a precancerous lesion, a laser excision may be done, with discharge the next day
