Hi,
On targeted therapy, only palbociclib is available in india with low cost or verzenio also available please?
I know ribociclib is only available as imported and its too costly as well. So doctors prescribed palbociclib indian version. But is it effective in liver mets which showed mild metabolic activity in pet ct.
I have read many liver mets were taking verzenio or capecitabine.

There is no evidence to show that palbociclib is.not specifically effective in liver mets. The advantage of abemaciclib(verzinio) over palbociclib is that verzinio is more effective than palbociclib on case of brain mets. So one can continue with palbociclib if the disease is responding
