Targeted therapy side effects
My father is a patient of Carcinoma Verrucous. Currently we have switched to targeted therapy as per the doctor's advice. He had his 1st therapy day before yesterday. But since yesterday morning, he has been only sleeping and drowsy. Wherever he is sitting he sleeps. Erbitux 400 mg is the target therapy medicine

Can you please share your fathers age general condition and treatment reports including biopsy / surgical report , latest PET CT or CT scan report . I believe your father is having a metastatic disease for which treatment with targeted therapy could be considered. When giving Cetuximab, anti histamine premedication are given which can cause drowsiness , also the drug therapy itself can cause electrolytes changes which also result in drowsiness.
