Radiotherapy and targeted therapy
I underwent partial nephrectomy for stage 1 renal cell carcinoma. Do I require radiotherapy and targeted therapy?

There is no role of any adjuvant therapy at present since the probability of recurrence is very low and any additional therapy will not increase your survival. However, you need to continue your follow up at regular basis as advised by your primary doctor.

As the stage is 1, hence there is no need for any thing as of now. Please remain on follow up with your cancer surgeon
