Hi, How about the ribociclib drug for stage 4 cancer. Her2 negative ER PR positive. Its too costly so is there any alternative for this. And why this drug is too costly.

Hi, This drug is recently available in India, so it is costly. If you can't afford ribociclib, u can go with palbociclib which is a cheaper option available now as lot of generics have arrived for this drug.Best one is to go with Paleno of sun pharma
