Stage 4 breast cancer
Hi.
Few months back diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer with ER PR positive and her2 negative. Went through chemotherapies and after 4 cycles doctors advised for pet scan so did it and as per the reports doctors were saying response were good but still there are. And liver were also involved but it is suspicious. I am attaching old and new pet scan can you please advise on the results. Also ribociclib has been advised so how much efficacy is this and also its too costly for a month so am planning to ask for palbo indian version so will that be good.

Hi good morning
For your patient response was good. That liver lesion is there in previous PETCT also. For a stage 4 cancer you can expect a partial or near complete response but not a complete cure.
You can go with a cheaper option of palbociclib if u can't afford ribociclib .Best one to go with is paleno 125 mg if sunpharma which I cheaper as well as one of the best companies.
