Hi, Can you please verify the pathology reports and confirm whether targeted therapy works for the patient with stage4 sigmoid colon cancer. Please suggest the medicine Currently undergone 1st chemo oxalplatin with capacitibine Kras is positive as wild type  with bras 600v positive Nras also as positive as wildtype
