Recurrent colon cancer in liver only.. Discuss local treatment options with your doctor vs palliative chemotherapy IV or oral.. If local therapies are not tried, then there is no chance of completely curing the cancer. And then the treatment goal remains to improve the quality of life and prolongation of life if possible.. Pain must be controlled by a pain specialist or ur oncologist.. many options are available paracetamol, Tramadol, NSAIDS, morphine/related drugs, injections etc
