Gastric cancer stage four

Asked for Female, 60 Years

My aunt had a womb removal surgery 25 years ago after that she just have normal pains and white discharge which she ignored recently bleeding started from her anus and urethra and then dr. Tells us that she has cancer and it's spread to her internal organs so please suggest what can we do now

Please meet an oncologist immediately and get the required evaluation done. Generally you would require a 1. PET/or CECT for checking how far the disease has spread (distant staging) 2. MRI for local extent (local staging) 3. Biopsy to determine what type of cancer it is
