Knowing about mother stage after surgery
Hi doctor !
My mother has recently found with ca rectum stage 3 in September 2023
Later we have gone through tests and admitted in Mahatma Gandhi cancer hospital and done 25 radiations and 3 chemos(chemo tablets)
After that surgery also done in 4th of jan 2024
Later surgery report also took from hospital
But hospital doctors didn't tell about report and what's stage ?
So kindly tell me the stage and condition of my mother

Stage of your disease is based on MRI scan done before starting treatment not based on this report .
This is post operative report , which shows minimal presence of tumor - which shows the tumor responded to chemo . Further chemotherapy of 3 chemo cycles should be done .
Please share your pre operative MRI and imaging reports and you can consult me , will be happy to explain the treatment you had till now and further therapy and follow up .
