Cancer Care and Treatment

Hi doctor, i have been feeling pain somewhere around my right breast below my arm where arm and breast touches each other. Its been there for a long time i think a month. I am 26 years old. Mother was 45 when she had breast cancer now she is no more because her cancer detected on the last stage so could not do much for her to save her. And i am the first child and always scared to be on the high risk. Now i dont know if it is acidic pain because i have acidity problem also. I passes stool on alternate days. Or it is something else because it hurts like a needle pains alot for 2 seconds , occurs any time . Cant tell family as they ll get worried .kindly suggest something Please i just hope i am fine.

I have problem of increasing haemoglobin.my haemoglobin range up to 16to20.Dr.says I have polycithemia Vera.

If Micrometastasis and isolated tumor cell from breast cancer  present in sentinel lymph node biopsy .why it is not considered as a metastatic disease and  why treatment or stage dosent changed nased on that finding..isolated tumor cell <200 cell and <]0.2 mm ..micrometastasis is >200 cell size may be more than 0.2 mm but less than 2 mm

My father is diagnosed with carcinoma gallbladder and and has undergone 12 cycle of chemotherapy and after that we got operation by the process of open  radical cholecystectomy and now the biopsy reports has come and we want second opinion that what we have to do next

Hi doctor does doing xray,ct scan develops the risk of cancer in our body i am scared of doing xray as I have to do of my hands  please suggest will it lead to cancer in long terms ?
