Underarm lump
Suddenly after i wake up I observed pain in underarm. After i check with my hands i can feel hard and round. Usually I'll get underarm pimples very oftenly. But this time it was big and more painful. I can't go to a doctor right now. Can you please explain me why and what is this. No breast lumps no discharge nothing

Fine needle aspiration of axillary mass preferably under ultrasound guidance is required

I would advise u to go to a doctor before making a call of it being infection or cancer. Since it’s painful to begin with we are suspecting it to be of inflammatory or infective origin. Personally I don’t advise taking antibiotics just like that but can start one if u can’t meet a doctor in these times. But I would suggest u should see one soon.

Hello. You can take a course of antibiotics for a week. Of it still does not subside then you may require an FNAC done

You may have possible infection related lymphnode enlargement. Need antibiotics course. Withing examining the patient difficult to comment. Still infection related to skin, lymph nodes may be possible. No need to worry about cancer
