Pain and swelling underarm with soft tis
Considering my history of a benign breast fibroadenoma diagnosed six years ago in both breast, which caused intermittent pain and was managed without medication, and my subsequent inability to produce breast milk after giving birth in 2021, I have found recent firm, soft swelling and burning sensation in my right armpit and breast, accompanied by fatigue, be related to a recurrence of the fibroadenoma, an inflammatory process, or another underlying condition?

Please meet a doctor for examination clinically and perform USG both breasts. Will know the probability of this being malignant based on the USG findings. Then can take it forward further from there, if biopsy or further work up is required or not
Next Steps
First proceed with clinical examination and ultrasound
