My USG report which advised FNAC and there is discharge also from aerolar region of breast which includes blood...pls suggest me which is more useful FNAC OR CORE NEEDLE BIOPSY.

I am experiencing pins and needles like sensation in my upper abdomen and sometimes other part of the body like pubic area ,joints etc.the pain is not so much but I want to know the reason of such pins and needles sensation . What to do ???

Are all lesions cancers? Patient has T1 and T2 isointense lesion near rectum.. Can haemorroids/ SRUS which patient already has be mistaken for lesions in MRI? Doctor who is doing treatment is unbothered Some oncologist was consulted.. he is also not bothered

Sometimes I experience a dull pinning ache on upper abdomen and sometimes lower abdomen .this pain lasts for few seconds and goes off . Can it be any sort of cancer?? What do I need to do ??

I have a normal hunger and no ailment that I know. I often have sharp abdominal and burning pains that stay for a few minutes. I have a buildup of gas a lot. The abdominal problem started when one fine day I had a few sips of alcohol diluted with water. I used to drink but this problem never happened. My poop is sometimes in small bits sometimes long and thick. The color varies from greenish to dark brown. I have a family history of deaths related to cancer. Even after irregular work out and no diet restriction, in 2 weeks I lost 2kgs. My current weight is 94.5kgs.

Hello sir I am worried about my throat pain from so I have checked with covid test also and after that my family Dr said you have gerd and it will cause pain to after two weeks I went to endoscopy and the result said it it mild gastric... But the pain is all over the throat and I have loose 8 kg weigh also...and difficult in swallowing food..and hoarness...and dry cough... What should I do?
