About panendoscopy and lump
Sir i have small lump below the ear and near the jaw portion I visited an ent specialist He done panendoscopy and said this is not affecting the inner organs like ear or the throat or the food pipe. Than he had taken the blood test of the affected portion. The report is given in attachment Sir can you guide what should we regarding this As I have no problem of any kind like in eating, hearing or anything else I have this lump from last one month And sometime it disappear and after 1 or 2 days it suddenly came back with little bit of irration in ear. Please guide me whether it is diagnoseable or not Can it lead to life threatning conditions And tell me the precautions that we should take

Hi. The report shows cancer which has come from other organs. If your pan endoscopy is normal, then it’s called Cancer of unknown primary(CUP) or metastasis of unknown origin (MUO) neck. You need PETCT SCAN for further evaluation. And based on that surgery is required.

This confirms that the lump.is due to cancer. Mostly likely it the cervical (neck) lymph node.

As per FNAC report , cancer confirmed. But as per endoscopy we couldn't find out primary. Then we should go WHOLE BODY PET CT SCAN to find out primary. Depending upon primary site, further treatment will be decided.
