Can this lump be cancerous. What test should i do. Please help.

It looks more.like a sebaceous cyst. Please consult a general surgeon , get it clinically examined , if suspicious then they will advise u a test

It looks sebaceous cyst as punctum is present,  to confirm, once shiw to General surgeon
