Cancer Care and Treatment

Radiation onco suggested to skip chemo tablets and only do radiation for rectal cancer for my Dad. He feels patient is under nourished and may not take it well. Onco surgeon feels atleast reduced dose should be given along with radiation. Need assistance from a medico onco's to come to consensus. He underwent a colostomy surgery to aid his eating habits.

It's around a 45 days and some of my lymph nodes in neck have shrink but some are normal in size. Does it mean it's cancerous ?

Hi Sir/Madam, I am bit worried about HPV. Few years back on 2017 I removed a verruca wart(doctor told me that it is verruca) form the back of my right thigh. It was on the outer side of my thigh. I had this wart from 2 - 3 years back before removing it on 2017. Till now I have not got any other wart. As I had this wart I am worried about having other kind of HPVs which can cause cancer. Is there anything I could do to get rid of HPV if I have it in my body ? I am unable to get rid of this fear and it's affecting me very badly. Please help me. Thanks Monojit

My mother underwent surgery on 14 January for breast cancer. But since her surgery she has been having complications like pus drainage from all the surgical sites since 6 months. She has undergone chemo therapy amd radiation therapy now she is on hormonal therapy but we are still facing the same problem so any suggestions what could be the reason and treatment.her skin has become so sensitive that after dressing it peal off leaving skin exposed and bleed.

Hi doctors, I have attched my pics , where I have sore throat comes and goes off since 2 months and there is swelling from behind arch of throat towards down and it's on both side and top it's red red dot on it, visited ENT and they say it's allergic pharngytis and I am on allergic medication since 1 months,and also anyobitic and I don't have diffucility in eating and drinking, please suggest and advice

A small lump in left breast and discharge from aerolar region and swelling and small lump in armpit also. USG reports says it's a fibroadenoma but not confirmed and adviced FNAC for further evaluation. One month prescribed medicine from a gynaecologist also taken by my wife. Lump not grows in size but discharge which is earlier watery then yellow and now watery including blood...I m very concern what are the risks of breast cancer and what is the next steps I taken as a preventive measure ...pls guide me...pls

One lump is detect in left breast ..discharge from aerolar region on pushing the lesion and swelling in armpit also. I attach my USG report...pls suggest will I go for...FNAC or Core needle biopsy or no further test required...pls
