Pinning like pain lasts for seconds
I am 15 year old and I am a pcos patient and overweight. Sometimes I experience pinning like the pain near pubic region and it lasts for seconds and goes off . Also I feel stabbing pinning pain in upper abdomen for few seconds when yawning and stretching . Can it be cancer from either cases ?? What to do ??

Pins and needles pain in abdomen

LESION IN RECTUM
Are all lesions cancers? Patient has T1 and T2 isointense lesion near rectum.. Can haemorroids/ SRUS which patient already has be mistaken for lesions in MRI?

Lump and discharge
